Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
- forming a different response from the habitual reaction, response or pattern you practice when you feel overwhelmed or "triggered"
- breaking free from self-limiting beliefs and negative self-talk that is holding you back
- interrupting a pattern of relating between you and your partner, such as a cycle of conflict, an inability to discuss certain topics without provoking a reaction in each other, or difficulty in regaining trust and safety after a past betrayal
.... just to name a few.
Much of what we practice in our lives - our thoughts, feelings and behaviors - have an origin in the body. Often, we need support with recognizing when, how and why we are doing this, before we can consciously and intentionally engage this in ourselves.
