Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.

I am passionate about working with couples and individuals in growing a greater sense of influence in their lives. This could mean many different things, including...

  • forming a different response from the habitual reaction, response or pattern you practice when you feel overwhelmed or "triggered"
  • breaking free from self-limiting beliefs and negative self-talk that is holding you back
  • interrupting a pattern of relating between you and your partner, such as a cycle of conflict, an inability to discuss certain topics without provoking a reaction in each other, or difficulty in regaining trust and safety after a past betrayal

.... just to name a few.

Much of what we practice in our lives - our thoughts, feelings and behaviors - have an origin in the body. Often, we need support with recognizing when, how and why we are doing this, before we can consciously and intentionally engage this in ourselves.

This is where I come in, as your somatic therapist. Learn more here, or contact me to schedule a consultation.
